School Uniform Expectations

Following feedback from families and pupils, we have carefully reviewed our school uniform expectations to ensure that they reflect the values and needs of our school community.

We kindly request your support in ensuring that your child comes to school dressed in accordance with our uniform expectations. Should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding school uniform, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

Please ensure that your child has the correct uniform and PE kit listed below.

School Uniform:

Navy blue sweatshirt/ cardigan

White polo shirt
Mid grey or black trousers/ shorts/ skirt/ pinafore
Plain dark shoes

Permitted jewellery that may be worn:

  • Single or pair stud earring(s)
  • Wrist watch

PE Kit:

Plain black leggings/ jogging bottoms/ shorts

Plain white T-shirt
Trainers
Children must not wear earrings or jewellery that cannot be removed, as this may get caught or pulled.
Long hair must be tied back, as this may get caught or pulled.

Please make sure your child's clothes are named - this will stop them from ending up in lost property. If Items are named then we are able to get them back to their owners. We recommend STIKINS Labels. They are really easy to use – no sewing or ironing – just stick them to the wash-care label. They are washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher and even microwave-proof!

Use them on coats, clothing, lunch boxes, water bottles, shoes, bags, PE kits, glasses cases, trainers, phones etc. Make sure to quote our school code (2187) when ordering to help us raise much needed funds for the school with each purchase made!

There are also community run schemes such as Bristol Uniform Exchange C.I.C and Mamas Bristol: Swaps & Freebies which can help with ensuring your child has the correct school uniform.

Periodically throughout the academic year, we will hold pre-loved uniform sales in order for uniform to be as accessible and affordable as possible for all.

We also sell pre-loved uniform via the School Shop on your parent portal Arbor account.
